We’re proud to welcome Justina Brown, CPA, as Baysora’s Vice President of Accounting and Finance.
Justina joins us with over 20 years of experience leading financial operations across startups, PE-backed platforms, and $1B+ enterprises. Her specialty? Building scalable infrastructure, improving financial visibility, and helping companies unlock value through operational excellence and sound financial foundations.
Her deep expertise makes her a powerful addition to Baysora and our growing network of partner firms.
“As a CPA, I was excited to join a team that’s deeply committed to building a network of incredible accounting professionals and companies,” Justina shared. “Having spent much of my career helping businesses scale, it’s energizing to now focus on helping CPA firms do the same—without losing what makes them great.”
In her most recent role, Justina served as a Director at Connor Group, where she helped high-growth firms prepare for IPOs, execute M&A integrations, and upgrade financial systems.
At Baysora, Justina will help Baysora and our partner firms operate with greater maturity, efficiency, and strategic clarity. Her work will be central to:
- Elevating financial operations across Baysora and our partner firms, bringing in best practices, systems, and insights that unlock smarter growth.
- Serving as a hands-on thought partner for firm leaders and helping them navigate common roadblocks in finance, compliance, and operations.
- Leading shared service innovation by leveraging technology and expert resources to reduce friction, save time, and free up capacity.
For firm owners, this means more support, more clarity, and more time to focus on what matters most: serving clients, developing teams, and building a lasting legacy.
