Baysora is proud to announce that Sandra Arnold has joined the team as Vice President of HR and Administration. In this role, Sandra will provide critical leadership for Baysora and its partner companies, overseeing human resources, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and a variety of administrative functions that directly support firm growth and operational success.
Sandra brings deep executive experience across HR and operations, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources at Convergence Networks. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Executech, where she helped guide the company’s expansion from 10 employees to more than 300, supported operations across multiple states and countries, and played a central role in over 20 acquisitions where she supported people, culture, and administrative operations at partner companies.

In addition to supporting Baysora’s partner firms, Sandra will oversee HR and administration internally for Baysora itself, ensuring that the company’s culture and infrastructure continue to scale with its growth.
